Section 20 AAC 25.420 - Notice of commencement and discontinuance of injection operations(a) At least 10 days before beginning an injection operation or program, the operator shall notify the commission of the intended injection date.(b) Within 10 days after discontinuing an injection operation or program, the operator shall notify the commission of the date of discontinuance and the reasons for it.
