Section 20 AAC 05.825 - Point system for the Kodiak food and bait herring gillnet and seine combined fishery(a) The commission will award a maximum of 30 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Kodiak (K) food and bait herring gillnet and seine combined fishery. An applicant who commercially harvested food and bait herring from the gillnet and seine combined fishery will be awarded points for the years in which they participated according to the thresholds established for each year based on total pounds harvested for each year or days with fish tickets in each year, whichever category gives the applicant the most points for that year as follows: CLICK TO VIEW TABLE
