Section 20 AAC 05.801 - Priority classification system for the Goodnews Bay herring gillnet fishery(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point system in 20 AAC 05.800 - 20 AAC 05.804.(b) The commission establishes a point scale of zero through 27 for the Goodnews Bay herring gillnet fishery.
