The commission will award a maximum of 50 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Southern Southeast herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery. Applicants who commercially harvested herring spawn-on-kelp from the fishery over the 1992-1994 time period will be awarded points for the seasons in which they participated, as follows:
