The commission will award a maximum of 12 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Prince William Sound sablefish fixed gear fishery. Applicants who legally harvested sablefish from the fishery over the 1991 - 1994 time period will be awarded points for the seasons in which they participated, as follows:
