Either the holder of an entry or interim-use permit, the agent authorized in accordance with 20 AAC 05.1960, the authorized representative of a deceased holder's estate, or the proposed transferee may request an administrative hearing and adjudication under the provisions of 20 AAC 05.1800 - 20 AAC 05.1855 to contest a determination by the commission under 20 AAC 05.1700 - 20 AAC 05.1750.

As of Register 90 (July 1984), the wording of this section was corrected by the regulations attorney at the request of the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission. This change from "authorized representative of the holder" to "agent authorized in accordance with 20 AAC 05.1960" is not a substantive change.
