Section 2 AAC 92.300 - Special request Iditarod race finisher plates(a) In addition to complying with applicable requirements in AS 28.10 and this chapter, an individual who meets the eligibility requirements of AS 28.10.181(y) and who has been issued an individual finisher number by the Iditarod Trail Committee may apply on a form provided by the department for a special request plate commemorating the individual's finish of the Iditarod race.
