Section 2 AAC 90.030 - Display and possession of driver's license with school bus driver endorsement

The driver of a school bus must have in possession at all times while transporting a child to or from school or a school activity a valid driver's license with a school bus endorsement. Upon the request of a peace officer, the driver of a school bus must show to the officer that driver's valid license containing the school bus driver endorsement.
