Section 2 AAC 60.110 - Fee schedules

(a) The following sliding scale fee schedule shall be used by OPA to calculate a monthly fee for conservatorship services, and for combined guardianship and conservatorship services:Total Value of Client's Liquid Assets Monthly Fee $0 - 9,999 $85 10,000 - 14,999 90 15,000 - 19,999 95 20,000 - 24,999 100 25,000 - 29,999 105 30,000 - 34,999 110 35,000 - 39,999 115 40,000 - 44,999 120 45,000 - 49,999 125 50,000 - 54,999 130 55,000 - 59,999 135 60,000 - 64,999 140 65,000 - 69,999 145 70,000 - 74,999 150 75,000 - 79,999 155 80,000 - 84,999 160 85,000 - 89,999 165 90,000 - 94,999 170 95,000 - 99,999 175 100,000 and above 180
