Section 2 AAC 12.460 - Record of emergency procurementThe procurement officer or the agency official responsible for procurement shall make and promptly forward to the chief procurement officer a record of each emergency procurement. The record must set out
(1) the contractor's name;(2) the amount and type of the contract;(3) a listing of the supplies, services, or construction procured under the contract; and(4) the identification number of the procurement file.Eff. 1/1/88, Register 104Authority:AS 36.30.040
