As of Register 127, the regulations in Article 3 [2 AAC 10.270 and 2 AAC 10.280] were deleted by the regulations attorney following the adoption of regulations in 8 AAC 97 by the Alaska Labor Relations Agency, in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order 77.
