Section 2 AAC 08.110 - Separation and terminal leave(a) Payment for unused personal leave shall be allowed upon separation from service. The payment equals the cash value of the employee's personal leave balance at the time of separation from state service.(b) Employees who go on personal leave and subsequently give notice of resignation, or who do not return to work, will be considered to have separated on the last day worked.
