Section 18 AAC 83.530 - Effluent limitations for continuous discharges

For a continuous discharge, any permit effluent limitation, standard, and prohibition, including those necessary to achieve water quality standards, must, unless impracticable, be stated as

(1) a maximum daily and average monthly discharge limitation for any discharger other a POTW; and

(2) an average weekly and average monthly discharge limitation for a POTW.
