Section 18 AAC 83.490 - Grants

An APDES permit must include any applicable condition imposed in a grant made by the administrator to a POTW under 33 U.S.C. 1281 and 1284 that is reasonably necessary for the achievement of effluent limitations under 33 U.S.C. 1311.
