Section 18 AAC 83.140 - Cause to terminate permitCause for terminating a permit before the end of its term, or for denying a permit renewal application, includes the following:
(1) the permittee's noncompliance with any condition of the permit;(2) the permittee's failure to fully disclose all relevant facts in the application or during the permit issuance process, or the permittee's misrepresentation of any relevant fact at any time;(3) the department's determination that the permitted activity endangers human health or the environment and can only be regulated to acceptable levels by permit modification or termination;(4) a change in any condition, such as closure of a plant or termination of a discharge by connection to a POTW, if the change requires either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of any discharge.Eff. 7/29/2006, Register 179Authority:AS 44.46.020
