Section 18 AAC 80.610 - Turbidity

(a) A community water system, non-transient non-community water system, or transient non-community water system that uses a surface water source or a GWUDISW source shall meet the applicable turbidity requirements in 40 C.F.R. 141.71 - 141.74, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a).

(b) An owner or operator who submits a turbidity report to the department shall comply with the report certification requirements of 18 AAC 80.1900.
