Section 18 AAC 80.443 - Level 1 assessment requirements(a) The requirements for a Level 1 assessment under 40 C.F.R. 141.859, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a), apply to a public water system. In addition, the department will require the Level 1 assessment report submitted to the department by the owner or operator to (1) be completed on a current form provided, and in a format approved, by the department;(2) accurately describe the results of the Level 1 assessment; and(3) be signed by the person who conducted the assessment, subject to the report certification requirements of 18 AAC 80.1900.(b) The requirements of 18 AAC 80.050 apply to a Level 1 assessment.Eff. 2/11/2017, Register 221, April 2017Authority:AS 46.03.020
