Section 18 AAC 80.400 - Applicability of coliform bacteria requirements

The requirements of 18 AAC 80.400 - 18 AAC 80.445 apply only to the owner or operator of a public water system, to a certified laboratory that analyzes a sample from that system, or to a person who conducts sanitary surveys and assessments.
