Section 18 AAC 80.1000 - Public notification requirements

The requirements of 40 C.F.R. 141.201 - 141.210 and Appendices A, B, and C to 40 C.F.R. 141, Subpart Q, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010, apply to a

(1) community water system;

(2) non-transient non-community water system; and

(3) transient non-community water system.
