Section 18 AAC 79.030 - Fitness standards

Cleanup standards for determining whether an illegal drug manufacturing site is fit for use under AS 46.03.530 are provided in Part 2 of the department's Guidance and Standards for Cleanup of Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites,adopted by reference in 18 AAC 79.010.
