Section 18 AAC 78.960 - Appeals

Any person who is aggrieved by a department decision regarding issuance, denial, suspension, or revocation of an approval or certification under this chapter may request an adjudicatory hearing under 18 AAC 15.195 - 18 AAC 15.340.
