Section 18 AAC 74.820 - Expired certificates
(a) An individual who seeks renewal of an expired certificate must submit a request for renewal to the department within 365 days after the certificate expires. The department will renew an expired certificate upon receipt of a request for renewal that includes proof of compliance with 18 AAC 74.810 and the expired certificate renewal fee required by 18 AAC 74.870. An individual with an expired certificate is not certified.
(b) The department will not renew a certificate that has expired by more than one year. An individual with a certificate that has expired by more than one year must seek recertification under 18 AAC 74.020 or 18 AAC 74.420.
