Section 18 AAC 69.955 - Public information(a) The department will maintain a list of interested persons who wish to be informed when the department (1) receives a request for an alternative term or condition under AS 46.03.462(k); and(2) makes a final decision under 18 AAC 69.950.(b) When the department receives a request or makes a decision described in (a) of this section, a copy or summary of the request or decision will be (1) provided to each person who has requested information about the decision or request; and(2) posted on the department's Internet web site.Eff. 11/15/2002, Register 164; am 5/18/2006, Register 178; am 3/24/2018,Register 225, April 2018 Authority:AS 46.03.020
