Section 18 AAC 50.005 - Purpose and applicability of chapter

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to identify, prevent, abate, and control air pollution in a manner that meets the purposes of AS 46.03, AS 46.14, and 42 U.S.C. 7401 - 7671 q (Clean Air Act).

(b) The requirements of this chapter apply to any person who allows or causes air pollutants to be emitted into the ambient air.
