Section 18 AAC 36.290 - Animal feed recalls(a) The department may stop the sale or feeding of animal feed that is determined to be a threat to animal or public health.(b) The department may confiscate samples of that feed as needed for laboratory testing and analysis, without reimbursement to the owner.Eff. 3/24/2017,Register 221, April 2017
