Section 18 AAC 30.450 - Sanitary practices(a) Drinking cups or glasses supplied in public accommodations must be washed and sanitized after each occupancy unless they are single-service and are disposable.(b) Toilets and bathrooms in public accommodations must be cleaned and sanitized daily during periods of use.
