Section 17 AAC 95.090 - Modification or termination of procurementIn administering any procurement, the authority may
(1) withdraw an invitation for competitive sealed bids, a request for qualifications, or a request for proposals at any time, and issue a new request;(2) reject bids, qualifications submittals, or proposals at any time;(3) terminate evaluation of qualifications submittals or proposals at any time;(4) suspend, discontinue, or terminate public-private partnership agreement negotiations with any proposer at any time before the actual authorized execution of an agreement by all parties;(5) negotiate with a proposer to include, in accordance with law, aspects of unsuccessful proposals for those goods and services in the agreement with the proposer;(6) request or obtain additional information about any proposal from any source;(7) modify, issue addenda to, or cancel any invitation for competitive sealed bids, request for qualifications, or request for proposals;(8) waive deficiencies in a bid, qualifications submittal, or proposal, accept and review a non-conforming qualifications submittal or proposal, or permit clarifications or supplements to a qualifications submittal or proposal.Eff. 9/17/2011, Register 199Authority:AS 19.75.111
