Section 17 AAC 90.840 - Judicial review

A decision of the commissioner on the merits of an appeal under this chapter is the final decision of the department. An aggrieved party may appeal a decision of the commissioner to the superior court in accordance with the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.
