Section 17 AAC 42.200 - Lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property(a) Except as otherwise provided in (b) and (c) of this section, 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 apply to a lease, permit, concession, or other interest for use of airport property.(b) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.200 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to (1) a commercial passenger vehicle permit under 17 AAC 42.095;(2) a vehicle rental business permit under 17 AAC 42.100;(3) a business activity permit under 17 AAC 42.105;(4) a tiedown permit under 17 AAC 42.500 - 17 AAC 42.599 or 17 AAC 42.600 - 17 AAC 42.699;(5) a transient aircraft parking permit under 17 AAC 42.035; or(6) a first amendment activity permit under 17 AAC 42.800 - 17 AAC 42.840.(c) The provisions of 17 AAC 42.205 - 17 AAC 42.210, 17 AAC 42.225 - 17 AAC 42.245, and 17 AAC 42.285 - 17 AAC 42.297 do not apply to an agreement entered into under 17 AAC 42.040, except as may be otherwise provided in such an agreement.Eff. 1/14/2001, Register 157Authority:AS 02.15.020
