Section 15 AAC 50.050 - License transfer(a) Repealed 7/8/2020.(b) Repealed 7/8/2020.(c) Upon application and payment of the fee provided for in 15 AAC 50.030(b), a license will be transferred to a new place of business for the remainder of the license year.
