Section 15 AAC 160.480 - Limitation on pull-tab sales(a) A pull-tab may not be sold in this state if(1) the pull-tab series does not contain the entire prize structure;(2) the prize structure of the pull-tab series is available at more than one location; or(3) any prize or the prizes in aggregate on a single pull-tab in the pull-tab series exceed $500.(b) A person must be 21 years of age or older to sell, purchase, or play a pull-tab.(c) A person may not knowingly sell a pull-tab to a drunken person, as defined in AS 04.21.080.Eff. 7/30/94, Register 131; am 11/10/96, Register 140Authority:AS 05.15.060
