Section 15 AAC 154.410 - ApplicationsAn application for a homeless assistance program grant must include:
(1) documentation of need for the project proposed;(2) a description of the applicant's experience in providing the proposed services;(3) a narrative plan describing the services the applicant intends to provide, including time lines for completion of the grant;(4) a proposed budget including a statement identifying all other funding sources by amount, source and anticipated commitment date;(5) a resolution of the applicant's governing body authorizing the application, or if the applicant is a municipality, the signature of a municipal official with authority to apply for the grant; and(6) a description and supporting evidence of coordination with local governments or other local service providers.Eff. 5/14/97, Register 142; am 10/20/2009, Register 193Authority:AS 18.56.088
