Section 15 AAC 152.070 - Regional housing authorities

To the extent applicable, regional housing authorities originating loans under AS 18.55.997 or servicing loans under AS 18.56.510 shall adhere to the requirements of 15 AAC 152.010 - 15 AAC 152.100.
