Section 15 AAC 151.855 - Borrower eligibility

(a) A person is eligible to participate in the closing cost assistance program if the person

(1) is a resident of the state; and

(2) does not owe past due child support.

(b) For purposes of this section, "resident of the state" means a person who maintains a primary residence in Alaska with the intention of continuing that residency indefinitely.
