Section 15 AAC 151.235 - Duty in United States Military, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Naval Academy

A person is a qualified veteran for purposes of the veterans' mortgage program if:

(1) the person has served as a cadet at the United States Military, Air Force, or Coast Guard Academy or as a midshipman at the United States Naval Academy; and

(2) the person satisfies the requirements of 15 AAC 151.220(b) with respect to the duty described in (1) of this section.
