Section 15 AAC 150.630 - Appraisals of real property(a) The Corporation will cause a parcel of real property that is offered for sale to be appraised within 180 days of the date established for the execution of the disposal agreement.(b) If, in the opinion of the executive director, the fair market value of the parcel is less than $5,000, the parcel need only be appraised by a professional appraiser once during any twelve-month period.Eff. 5/7/93, Register 130Authority:AS 18.55.100(a)
