Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in 15 AAC 150.500 - 15 AAC 150.520, the executive director shall dispose of property under 15 AAC 150.500 - 15 AAC 150.540 in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, contractual requirements, or conditions imposed on the property by or in connection with any government agency or other person that provided the Corporation with assistance in acquiring the property.
