Section 15 AAC 150.420 - Authority to delegate; exercise of delegated authority(a) The chief procurement officer may delegate that officer's authority with respect to procurements under 15 AAC 150.300 - 15 AAC 150.490 to an employee of the Corporation. Authority delegated under this subsection to the head of a procurement department may be delegated by that officer to an employee in that procurement department. A delegation of authority must be in writing.(b) The chief procurement officer or head of a procurement department may revoke any authority delegated by that person under this section.(c) An employee delegated authority under this section may exercise that authority only in accordance with the delegation.Eff. 6/28/96, Register 138Authority:AS 36.30.015(f)
