Section 15 AAC 150.379 - Protests of informal procurements(a) For procurements under 15 AAC 150.341(b), an interested party shall attempt to informally resolve a dispute with the procurement officer. (b) For procurements under 15 AAC 15.341(c), an interested party shall attempt to informally resolve a dispute with the procurement officer. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the interested party may protest the solicitation or the award by filing a written protest with the procurement officer, The protest must be filed before the date and time the quotations or informal proposals are due to the corporation. The procedures and requirements set out in 15 AAC 150.220(b) - (h) apply to a protest under this subsection.Eff. 12/5/2014, Register 212, January 2015
