Section 15 AAC 125.835 - Use of social security numbers(a) The provisions of this section apply when the agency issues (1) a notice and finding of financial responsibility under AS 25.27.160;(2) a notice of paternity and financial responsibility under AS 25.27.165; or(3) an order disestablishing paternity under AS 25.27.166.(b) When the agency issues a notice, finding, or order described in (a) of this section, the agency will include in the records relating to the matter the social security numbers, if ascertainable, of each of the following persons:(1) the mother and father or putative father of the child or children for whom support is sought;(2) the child or children for whom support is sought; and(3) the custodian of the child or children for whom support is sought, if the custodian is someone other than the mother or father of the child or children.Eff. 10/1/98, Register 147Authority:AS 25.27.020
