Section 15 AAC 112.230 - Authority to delegate

(a) The board may delegate its authority under 15 AAC 112.110 - 15 AAC 112.360 to a public official as the board's designee. A delegation of authority must be in writing.

(b) The board may revoke authority that it has delegated. The revocation must be in writing.
