Section 13 AAC 87.030 - Financial assistance(a) No agency or institution will receive financial assistance from the council for a police training program unless the program is certified by the council under this chapter.(b) No agency or institution will receive financial assistance from the council for a police training program unless it is made available to all qualified police officers, except that the agency or institution may limit class size.
