Section 13 AAC 69.900 - DefinitionsIn this chapter
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the department;(2) "department" means the Department of Public Safety;(3) "designated base port" means the home port for a vessel as specified in 13 AAC 69.030;(4) "interport differential" has the meaning given the term in AS 36.90.049(e);(5) "vessel" means a marine vessel operated by the department that is more than 100 feet in overall length.Eff. 8/12/99, Register 151
