Section 13 AAC 68.326 - Release of criminal justice information for the purpose of determining eligibility for a permanent fund dividend

The release of criminal justice information to the Department of Corrections and Department of Revenue for the purpose described in AS 43.23.055 is not subject to the requirements of AS 12.62.160(c)(3) or (c)(4).
