Section 13 AAC 68.210 - Purging criminal justice information

The department may purge criminal justice information reported to the repository under 13 AAC 68.115 - 13 AAC 68.120 and 13 AAC 68.130 - 13 AAC 68.145 only when the subject of the information is deceased.
