Section 13 AAC 68.135 - Filing of a charging document
(a) Within one month after filing, a court in which a charging document is filed, including an indictment, criminal complaint, criminal information, or a petition or other document alleging a violation of bail or probation, shall report the filing or an amendment to the filing to the repository. The report must include
(1) identification of the court in which the charging document was filed or amended;
(2) the date filed or amended; and
(3) for each charge filed or amended,
(A) the arrest tracking number; for a collateral offense an arrest tracking number is not required;
(B) the court case number;
(C) the charge number;
(D) the offense code; and
(E) an indication if the charge involves domestic violence.
(b) The reporting requirements described in (a) of this section do not apply to a court unless the administrative director of the court system has signed an agreement with the department that the court will comply with this section.
