Section 13 AAC 60.900 - DefinitionsIn this chapter
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the Alaska Department of Public Safety;(2) "department" means the Alaska Department of Public Safety;(3) "qualified agent" means an officer, owner, partner, or individual in a management capacity, residing in Alaska, who is authorized to perform all business activities and is responsible for all activities of a security guard agency;(4) "competence" has the meaning given in AS 18.65.790;(5) "firearm" has the meaning given in AS 11.81.900(b).Eff. 5/29/77, Register 62; am 12/21/2002, Register 164
