Section 13 AAC 60.130 - Temporary security guard license

Individual security guards may be employed by a licensed agency on a temporary basis for a period not to exceed 30 days when the

(1) agency has made reasonable and prudent inquiries to determine that the applicant is qualified to be licensed;

(2) completed application with application fee has been submitted to the department; and

(3) applicant's temporary status has been noted on the application form by the agency manager.
