Section 13 AAC 04.355 - Other equipment(a) Every motor-driven cycle and bicycle must be equipped as required by the applicable provisions of 13 AAC 04.210, 13 AAC 04.220, 13 AAC 04.230, and 13 AAC 04.257.(b) A motorcycle or motor-driven cycle windshield must rise 15 inches above the highest point of the handlebars or grips, whichever is less, and must be made of glazing material meeting the requirements of sec. 225(f) of this chapter or be clear plastic.Eff. 6/28/79, Register 70
