Section 13 AAC 03.070 - Passing vehicles proceeding in opposite directions

Drivers of commercial motor vehicles that are proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right, and, if the roadway is wide enough for only one line of traffic in each direction, each driver, to the extent possible, shall give to the other at least one-half of the roadway.
